Almond crackers

Almond crackers, topped with delicious avocado.

This is the basic recipe, though the dried seasonings were replaced with a clove of fresh garlic and various herbs from the garden.

Instead of using a mixer, everything went into the food processor, which was easier than chopping herbs and garlic.

The crackers had a tender bite to them instead of a dry cracker snap. They were delicious, and strongly-flavored thanks to the fresh garlic. Simple avocado was the perfect topping.
